Made for the everyday weighed-down feeling
A lot of daily aches trace back to the same quiet thing: everyday inflammation. Curcumin, the plant compound behind turmeric, is one of nature’s best-known antioxidants. This tincture puts it in a simple drop you can take a few times a day, taken to help your body settle that everyday inflammation.
Simple drops, honest work
Honest about the timeline
Herbal tinctures build up gradually over weeks, not overnight. This is a daily helper, not a quick fix, and it will not do the work of good food and movement for you. Give it a proper few consistent weeks of daily use before you judge it.

Not sure if this is the right one for you, or how it fits with what you already take? You do not have to guess. Anita, the natural-health practitioner behind Guiding Truth in Nelspruit, knows the whole range and is glad to help you choose. Send her a message and a real person, not a call centre, will help you find the product that fits. She does not diagnose or prescribe, so for anything medical she will always point you to your doctor first.

This one is curcumin on its own. The Pain Mix version adds devil’s claw for a stronger lean towards pain and stiff joints.
For some people, yes. Curcumin does not agree with every stomach, and a few find it can nudge reflux or heartburn. If you have a sensitive gut, take it with food and start at the lower end. If it does not sit right, ease off and check in with Anita or your practitioner.
