The joint blend for the low-BP crowd
Plenty of joint blends are not kind to people whose blood pressure runs low. This one is built differently. The liquorice root is the reason it suits you rather than working against you, paired with curcumin, the compound turmeric is best known for, in a simple drop you take a few times a day.
Two traditional herbs, honest jobs
Please read this before you start
Here is the honest part. Liquorice genuinely works on blood pressure, which is the whole point of this version, but it means it is not a casual everyday vitamin. If you already take medication, or your pressure sometimes runs normal or high, adding this on top needs your practitioner’s guidance. Talk to Anita or your doctor before you start, take it at the recommended dose, and notice how you feel.
Steady and gradual
Herbal tinctures build up over weeks, alongside good food, movement and rest. This is a daily support you settle into, not a quick fix, so give it a proper stretch of consistent use.

Not sure if this is the right blend for you, or how it fits with the medication you already take? You do not have to guess. Anita, the natural-health practitioner behind Guiding Truth in Nelspruit, knows the whole range and is glad to help you choose. Send her a message and a real person, not a call centre, will help you find the product that fits. She does not diagnose or prescribe, so for anything medical she will always point you to your doctor first.
