Made for the stomach that never settles
The problem is not one bad meal. It is the low, ongoing unease, the sense that your gut is always a little wound up. Basil has a long history as a digestive herb, and this tincture puts a basil mix into a simple drop you take a few times a day, taken to help things feel more settled after you eat.
A short, honest list of what it is for
A general tonic, used with guidance
Here is the honest part. The label lists a broad set of traditional uses beyond digestion, from hay fever to blood pressure, so treat this as a general everyday tonic rather than a fix for any one condition. Herbal tinctures build up gradually, so give it a few consistent weeks of daily use. If you take medication for your stomach or blood pressure, speak to Anita or your doctor before you start.

Not sure if this is the right blend for you, or how it fits with what you already take? You do not have to guess. Anita, the natural-health practitioner behind Guiding Truth in Nelspruit, knows the whole range and is glad to help you choose. Send her a message and a real person, not a call centre, will help you find the product that fits. She does not diagnose or prescribe, so for anything medical she will always point you to your doctor first.
