Vitamin C the way your body knows it
A daily habit, not a one-off
As a daily vitamin C source, this works best with steady use, so make it part of your routine rather than a rescue when you already feel run down. Space the three doses through the day. If you take anti-coagulants or blood pressure medicine, speak to Anita or your doctor before you start.

Not sure if the drops are the right vitamin C for you, or how they pair with your iron? You do not have to guess. Anita, the natural-health practitioner behind Guiding Truth in Nelspruit, knows the whole range and is glad to help you choose. Send her a message and a real person, not a call centre, will help you find the product that fits. She does not diagnose or prescribe, so for anything medical she will always point you to your doctor first.

Many people do, since vitamin C helps the body absorb iron. If you are on other medicine, check with your healthcare practitioner first.
Please check with your healthcare practitioner first, especially if you take anti-coagulants or blood pressure medicine.
As a daily vitamin C source it works best with consistent use, so make it part of your routine rather than a one-off.
