The whole plant, in an easy form
Where a lot of tonics lean on new-sounding promises, dandelion is an old, familiar herb people have trusted for generations. This tincture uses both the plant and the root for a fuller version, made into simple drops so it is easy to take every day, no tablets to swallow.
A traditional herb, honestly described
A gradual herb, not a quick fix
Herbal tinctures build up gradually as part of a routine. Give it a few consistent weeks of daily use rather than expecting an overnight change, and take it alongside the way you already eat and move. If you are on prescription medicine, anti-coagulants, or anything for your liver or blood pressure, check with Anita or your doctor before you start.

Not sure if dandelion herb is the right one for you, or how it fits with what you already take? You do not have to guess. Anita, the natural-health practitioner behind Guiding Truth in Nelspruit, knows the whole range and is glad to help you choose. Send her a message and a real person, not a call centre, will help you find the product that fits. She does not diagnose or prescribe, so for anything medical she will always point you to your doctor first.
