If your stomach rarely feels settled, if meals leave you tense and uncomfortable, you are not imagining it. This is a basil herb tincture in simple drops, taken to support digestion and help a busy system feel calmer. An easy dose for adults and children, made in South Africa and hand-picked by Anita for Guiding Truth.

About this Digestion, Ulcers & Gut Assist

Made for the stomach that never settles

The problem is not one bad meal. It is the low, ongoing unease, the sense that your gut is always a little wound up. Basil has a long history as a digestive herb, and this tincture puts a basil mix into a simple drop you take a few times a day, taken to help things feel more settled after you eat.

A short, honest list of what it is for

  • Easier digestion — basil mix, taken to aid digestion and support gut health, so meals sit more comfortably.
  • A calmer system — taken to help relieve stress and ease sleeplessness and palpitations, the knock-on effects of a settled gut.
  • Focus that follows — taken to support concentration and memory as part of the same calm.

A general tonic, used with guidance

Here is the honest part. The label lists a broad set of traditional uses beyond digestion, from hay fever to blood pressure, so treat this as a general everyday tonic rather than a fix for any one condition. Herbal tinctures build up gradually, so give it a few consistent weeks of daily use. If you take medication for your stomach or blood pressure, speak to Anita or your doctor before you start.
