For the mid-afternoon crash
You know the feeling, the tank empties out by early afternoon and you are pushing through the rest of the day on fumes. Ginseng is a classic root for exactly this, taken to help support physical stamina and steadier energy so you have a little more left for the whole day.
One root, taken to help support several things
Honest about the lift
Here is the straight version. Ginseng can feel quite lively, so earlier in the day suits most people better than the evening. It is a helper that builds over weeks, not a jolt, and it works best alongside the basics, real rest, food and movement, that give your energy something to stand on. Give it a fair few consistent weeks before you judge it.
Easy daily drops
Simple to keep up. Three times a day in a little water, with the earlier doses working best for steady energy.

Not sure if ginseng is the right fit for you, or how it sits with what you already take? You do not have to guess. Anita, the natural-health practitioner behind Guiding Truth in Nelspruit, knows the whole range and is glad to help you choose. Send her a message and a real person, not a call centre, will help you find the product that fits. She does not diagnose or prescribe, so for anything medical she will always point you to your doctor first.

Many people like it earlier in the day for steady energy, since ginseng can feel quite lively. Splitting the dose across the day keeps things even.
Please check with your healthcare practitioner first, especially if you manage blood sugar or take anti-coagulants.
Ginseng tends to build up over a few weeks, so give it consistent daily use rather than expecting an instant lift.
