You read the same paragraph 3 times and still could not tell anyone what it said. Lion’s mane is the one people reach for when the problem is fog rather than tiredness. A 50ml double-extract tincture taken to support mental clarity, memory and focus.

About this Lion's Mane Mushroom

The 3pm fog, without another coffee

The usual answer to a foggy head is more caffeine, which buys an hour and charges interest later. Lion’s mane is a different approach. It is not a stimulant, so it is not trading tomorrow’s energy for this afternoon’s. People take it daily and judge it on how the whole week feels.

Filed under what you actually feel

  • Clarity and focus: taken to support mental clarity, memory and focus.
  • Steady mood and energy: taken to support steady energy and a balanced mood rather than a lift and a drop.
  • A mind that switches off: reached for to help a busy mind settle at the end of the day.
  • Better sleep: taken to encourage restful, good-quality sleep.
  • Everyday resilience: taken to support your body’s everyday immune resilience.

A daily habit, judged over weeks

Take 1 full dropper, 20 drops, once daily for maintenance, or up to 3 times daily when you need more. Hold it in your mouth for 30 seconds, or add it to a glass of water. It contains 25% alcohol, so if you would rather avoid the ethanol, add the drops to a hot drink and let it stand for a minute or 2. Like most mushroom extracts, this is cumulative. Give it a consistent few weeks before you decide.

Common questions

What is lion's mane?

Lion’s mane is a mushroom, named for the way it looks. Ours is a double-extract tincture, 50ml, in spring water and organic food-grade ethanol.

How do I take it?

Shake the bottle, then take 1 full dropper, about 20 drops. Once a day for maintenance, up to 3 times a day when you need more.

Lion's mane or reishi?

Lion’s mane is the clear-headed one, taken for clarity, memory and focus. Reishi is the calming one, taken for a settled mind, sleep and recovery. Plenty of people run 1 in the morning and the other in the evening. Ask Anita if you want a steer.

Will it keep me awake?

It is not a stimulant, and it is also taken to encourage restful sleep. Most people take it in the morning out of habit rather than necessity.

How soon will I notice anything?

Mushroom extracts are cumulative. Give it a consistent few weeks of daily use before you judge it.
