Made for everyday support, not a crash cleanse
This audience has heard every “liver cleanse” pitch, and most of them are noise. This is the quieter version. Built on milk thistle (Silybum marianum) and dandelion, the two herbs most reached for around liver support, taken as a simple part of a daily routine rather than a dramatic flush.
A short, honest list of what it is for
Judge it over weeks, and be honest about the limits
Here is the honest part. Liver herbs work gradually, so give it a few consistent weeks of daily use as part of a healthy routine, not an overnight change. And if you have a diagnosed liver condition, this is support around your care, not a substitute for it. Speak to your practitioner before you start, especially if you take regular medication.

Not sure if this is the right blend for you, or how it fits with what you already take? You do not have to guess. Anita, the natural-health practitioner behind Guiding Truth in Nelspruit, knows the whole range and is glad to help you choose. Send her a message and a real person, not a call centre, will help you find the product that fits. She does not diagnose or prescribe, so for anything medical she will always point you to your doctor first.
