Ozone Intervention
Ozone is the part of Anita’s practice she trained formally for, and the part she is most careful about.
It is also the part where the honest answer is sometimes no. If ozone does not suit you, she would rather tell you that than take the booking.
What to know
Ozone Intervention in detail
What happens in a session
Anita completed her Diploma in Ozone Intervention at the end of 2024. Her practice covers more than one way of working with ozone, including ozone sauna and insufflations.
Which of those suits you, if any, is a conversation before it is a booking. She will ask what you are dealing with, what medication you take and what your doctor has said. If ozone is not the right route for you, she will say so.
What you can expect
You will be asked a lot of questions before anything happens. That is deliberate and it is the most important part.
If she goes ahead, she explains exactly what she is doing and why, and what to expect for the rest of that day. Nothing starts until you know what is about to happen.
Who it is for
- People who have already looked into ozone and want it done by somebody formally trained
- People who want the caution taken seriously rather than waved through
- People who would rather have a proper conversation first than book a slot online
- Anyone who wants to understand what they are agreeing to before they agree to it
Who it is not for
Ozone is not for everyone, and Anita will not run a session without going through this with you first.
Tell her before you book if any of the following apply to you:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have G6PD deficiency, sometimes called favism
- You have had a heart attack or a stroke recently
- You have an overactive thyroid
- You have a bleeding disorder, or you take blood-thinning medication
- You have any serious heart, lung or blood condition
- You are being treated for anything at all
Ozone must never be inhaled. If you are under a doctor’s care, tell them you are considering this, and tell Anita what they say.
Why Anita
The ozone side of the practice is the part Anita holds a formal qualification in. She completed her Diploma in Ozone Intervention at the end of 2024 and has run her practice full time since January 2025.
She is a natural health practitioner, not a doctor. She does not diagnose and she does not prescribe. On ozone in particular she would rather say no to the wrong person than yes to a booking.
Disclaimer
Anita is a natural health practitioner, not a medical doctor. This is not a medical treatment and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your doctor about any health concern, and never stop prescribed medication without speaking to them first.
Common questions
Which kinds of ozone do you offer?
Is ozone safe?
Do I need a Health Analysis first?
Can I have this if I am on medication?
Will you turn me away?
Not sure if this is the right one?
Send Anita a message and ask. She would rather talk it through first than have you book something that does not suit you. Sessions are in person in Nelspruit, and the address is shared once your appointment is confirmed.
